Kate Vassallo’s solo exhibition Mime is opening on the 16th of May at Firstdraft Gallery, Surry Hills (Australia).
Sir Isaac Newton made some pretty groundbreaking discoveries in the areas of optics, alchemy and gravitational force (to name a few!). Now Kate Vassallo is stepping in, playing Mime to his experiments. The only problem is that she doesn’t really know anything about science…
Opening drinks with the artist are 6-8pm on Wednesday 16th and the exhibition continues until the 2nd of June. There will be an artist talk in the gallery at 2pm on that last Saturday.
