It’s Thursday, which means it’s time for #EventsThursday!
If you have an event you’d like us to consider announcing, please SUBMIT AN EVENT and all selected events will be tumbled and tweeted.
We’d love to help you promote your exhibition, benefit, screening or party but there are submission guidelines:
All #EventThursday submissions MUST have at least one photo or video so that people have a sense of what they will see, experience or encounter.
Keep the event description to a minimum (100-150 words) but it should have ALL relevant information, including time, date, location and if there is a fee associated with the event.
Include relevant links to RSVP or more info.
Events can be anywhere in the world but listings must be in English.
We look forward to seeing what everyone has been up to!

Next In Line: Drawing in the 21st Century
Joseph Burwell, Marti Cormand, Adam Fowler, Dustin London, Chris Nau, Allyson Strafella, Ilene Sunshine, Margaret Inga Wiatrowski
Curated by Erin Brown at Kunsthalle Galapagos (16 Main Street, Dumbo, Brooklyn)
March 23- April 22nd, opening Friday, March 23rd, 6-8 pm
Eight New York Foundation for the Arts 2011-2012 Drawing fellows take on the challenge to create new work that meditates on the power of the Line. With three site-specific installations and work ranging from beautifully rendered graphite landscapes undercut by other-worldy pipes of brilliant color, to hand-drawn templates for photographs, to hundreds of sheets of hand-cut paper, to vines, pipes and thread as mark-making device, the work represents a broad view of what it means to create a line — both on and off the page.
